How long does it take to make delivery?

Our standard delivery plan is completed within 2 to 7 days. In cases where we cannot complete delivery within 7 days, we will contact you. Our express delivery is completed within 2 days at an extra cost. Same day delivery plans are available for customers within Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan.

Can I return a product after receiving it?

We offer customers a 7-day return window. Customers who are not pleased with the product they received are free to request for a refund within 7 days upon receiving the product. After the 7-day period, we may not be able to offer a refund.

You can apply for a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Quality Issues happened to our product
  • Wrong items are sent
  • The product is not as expected
  • Bought the wrong colour or size
  • Never received the product

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by e-mail. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Can I cancel an order before it is delivered?

We accept order cancellation only before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Do you deliver outside of Nigeria?

Yes, we have special arrangement for delivery outside of Nigeria. If you are making your orders from outside Nigeria, please contact us via info@comfy.ngWe are happy to receive your orders.

What can I do if I missed my scheduled delivery?

Kindly contact us via or 01-293 3212 to make arrangement for another date to make the delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

On the “Track My Order’ page, enter your Order ID in the box provided and click the “Track” button.

You Order ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received when you placed the order. Check email inbox (or spam box in some cases) for your Order ID.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No! This is optional but certain information (like name, phone number, delivery address etc) are needed to place an order.
